I bounded all over the grid for this week's challenge, and when I saw this dress... oh my gawds, I had to have it. The two other colours of the dress were on sale, and this one wasn't... (psst - there's a 50% off selected merchandise sale at Gizza until the 11th, to celebrate national women's day!)...

I didn't care that it was full price. It was just stunning.

It demanded delicate treatment... something romantic and gentle...

Yellow and I don't get along. I confess this particular shortcoming of mine. So when Luna wrote that Dandelion was to be this week's challenge, I blanched. I ran to Marketplace and typed 'Dandelion' into the search bar, and found a few items, but none that really tickled my fancy. Then I typed in 'yellow'... and discovered this jacket. 

*Bing*, that was it. I had to have it. It screamed 'bad girl' at me, and made me remember those slutty open pants I had from my 'dating a wrestler in SL' days, and gave me a chance to wear my favourite Lassitude boots... jewelry is by Chop Zuey.

52 WOCC Week 8 - Dark Raspberry

I stumbled on this outfit sort of by accident,

Y'see, I had way too many lindens in my account, and went to Sn@tch... bad idea. Half-a-store-worth-of-stuff-later, I realized... heyyyyyyy dark-raspberry PVC. 

Never a bad thing.

But PVC can't just be worn with pretty hair and high heels. Oh no. I had to do something funky with it. So I grabbed some details from a Graves outfit I had (the rings & pockets & stuff), some fabu SLink mesh boots, an old hair I had from some hunt forever ago, and went to town.

52WOCC Week 7 - Folly

I've written this well in advance of the next Colour Challenge blog, as I will be out of town on business, and away from my computer for about a week.

I thought I'd celebrate this colour challenge with something sexy, in honour of Valentine's Day.

You've seen me in grand ball gowns, feisty bejewelled decorations, gothiness, elf-form, mer-form... and any other number of visages.... but goth-chic is something I somehow feel close to. In RL, I rock the vintage red lip, I wear black in as chic of a way I can, and I wear funky jewellery. It's always been that way, since I was young.

And so, rather than wear something haute, I thought I'd wear what is most comfortable, in my realm of sexiness.
