52 Weeks of Colour Challenge - White

When deciding what to wear this week, I realized that there was a lot that I could do, as far as lindens went. With two Fairs going on to help the victims of the Japan Quake and Tsunami, I headed there, to see if my "White" could help people whose lives are in pieces.

I'm glad I went- I feel good about this outfit... and not just because it's adorable.

52 Weeks of Colour Challenge: Sky Blue

I have spent a lot of time as an elf lately... I figured it was time to sport some human garb.

So, I knew the skirt I wanted to wear- Lelutka sold me on this one the second it came out... but the top was not modifiable, so I couldn't tint it to the right colour. I pulled out a dress I had bought as a potential wedding dress, by Azul, and tinted the top and pants, and added the white rose decorations- flowers to mirror the hair.

I'm rather enjoying this look.

Luna likes the earthtones, it seems.

This week's colour confused the heck out of me, as I struggled a bit to understand the difference between 'Umber' and 'Taupe'. However, after looking at other peoples' photos, I now understand. Thanks, y'all!

Casual? Holy crap, I can!

So in case y'all haven't noticed, I'm rather partial to dresses.

Maybe that's because my RL is such that I wear jeans,

almost every day. In my line of work, a skirt would be stupidity.

However, there are times, like when visiting United Wrestling Syndicate's VWN Midnight Metrodome, where a dress is... out of place, to say the very least.

So, I dug through my inventory for that kickass pair of jeans I knew I had, the boots that make my feets happy, and that 'tudeful shirt with the gold shinies on it. I love people who can make basic clothes that look awesome.

52 Weeks of Colour Challenge: Ecru

I know that I'm hiding lately, though I'm hiding in plain sight- in RP sims.

Most of my time is spent playing my Elf-Self, and enjoying that role. The difficulty with being a dark elf, is that you can't run around wearing, say, fuschia. Doesn't quite work. So Ecru was a nice colour for this week, cus my Elfy-Self could model for y'all.
